The 8-color configuration, thanks to the new purple and orange inks, allows reproducing a wide range of colors, from the brightest reds to the most intense blues.

The RT-640 and Texart inks provide excellent printed color stability, to ensure high quality results. The printer is equipped with a new Roland technology to control the printing flow and with the gold-plated head.

This allows a qualitative yield of the highest level on the various fabrics, preserving the visual impact and the detail of the prints

Accuracy and speed of printing

The RT-640 allows to obtain excellent quality results by printing at a production speed of 22 m2 / h. Its maximum operating speed is 32.6 m2 / h, usable for drafts and for graphics visible even from long distances.

The optimized suction system keeps the material perfectly in position throughout the printing process, thus ensuring perfect results, without errors and smudges. The Roland "Feed Adjuster" system offers a stable and precise material drag which ensures the operator quality and productivity.

With the dedicated rewinder, specific for sublimation paper, the subsequent hot transfer operations of the graphics are greatly facilitated thanks to the perfect rewinding of the printed roll.

Roland Ink System for continuous printing

With the Roland Ink System, operators can easily replace the exhausted bags without any loss of print quality. The whole hydraulic system is perfectly sealed and the ink is changed easily and safely.

With the exclusive proprietary Roland Ink Switching System, in the case of four-color printing, the operator can print continuously thanks to the 2000 cc of ink available for each CMYK color.

When the main bag is about to run out, the Roland Ink Switching System automatically selects the second one, allowing the operator to print without interruption and replace the empty bags without having to stop the printing process.

RT-640 can use the VersaWorks ™ Dual RIP. A powerful processor improves file processing, including those with transparencies. Main features of VersaWorks ™ Dual:
